Maybe even more. So the revenue loss is at least 50 percent,\u201d lamented Domenic Sacramone, owner of Sac\u2019s Place in Astoria, Queens.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt started hitting us last Thursday. But all the canceled reservations are just a gut punch \u2014 it makes it tough.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A manager at the celebrity-favored Balthazar French restaurant in Manhattan\u2019s Soho neighborhood
