This is important for the long-term usability of your phone. Unlike the iPhone, Android devices don\u2019t have a super-easy way to check this.<\/p>\n<p>What is battery healthy, anyway? The term \u201cbattery life\u201d typically refers to how long the battery will last on a charge. Battery <em>health<\/em> tells us how much the battery is deteriorating. It does require an <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>, but it\u2019s an app that is most likely already on your phone. If you don\u2019t have the Samsung Members app, you can <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.samsung.android.voc&amp;hl=en_US&amp;gl=US\">download it from the Play Store<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>First, let\u2019s swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the Quick Settings tiles. The \u201cLife\u201d reading is what refers to the health of your battery. However, these codes do not work on all devices and mobile networks.<\/p>\n<p>Open the phone app and enter\u00a0<strong>*#*#4636#*#*<\/strong>. This will open a \u201cTesting\u201d menu that may include a \u201cBattery information\u201d section. You\u2019ll see the battery health listed here.<\/p>\n<p>If that didn\u2019t work\u2014there\u2019s a good chance it won\u2019t\u2014you\u2019ll need to use a third-party app. Thankfully, the Play Store has a really great app for this called <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.digibites.accubattery\">AccuBattery<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-774666\" data-pagespeed-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/www.howtogeek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/2021-12-15_16-16-36.png?trim=1,1&amp;bg-color=000&amp;pad=1,1\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"207\" src=\"\/pagespeed_static\/1.JiBnMqyl6S.gif\" onload=\"pagespeed.lazyLoadImages.loadIfVisibleAndMaybeBeacon(this);\" onerror=\"this.onerror=null;pagespeed.lazyLoadImages.loadIfVisibleAndMaybeBeacon(this);\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, you won\u2019t get answers right away. AccuBattery can\u2019t access the historical information on your battery. It will start recording data after you install it.
