Pal said that they have been selling to lock in their profits. It was a way for institutions to say \u201cI believe in getting paid.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\"><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RaoulGMI?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@RaoulGMI<\/a> answers fast.
