\n Three people were killed in four shootings overnight in New York City, during an eight-hour scourge of gunplay that stretched into Saturday morning, police said.<\/p>\n

Less than an hour after sunrise, at around 6:30 a.m., a 35-year-old man was shot dead in the hallway of his Dix Avenue apartment complex in Far Rockaway, Queens, police said. <\/span><\/p>\n

Responding officers found the unidentified victim with a gunshot wound to his torso. He was rushed to St. John\u2019s Episcopal Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to cops. The suspect ran off, police said.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Less than two hours earlier in the borough, a 34-year-old man walked into the 103rd precinct station house in Jamaica with a gunshot wound to his torso, police said. <\/span><\/p>\n

He told officers he was shot somewhere on Hollis Avenue, police said. He\u2019s listed in stable condition at Jamaica Hospital, officials said.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the Bronx, two people were fatally shot in a span of about three hours.<\/p>\n

At around 1:35 a.m. in Laconia, an unknown person blasted Forest Byrd, 34, in the waist and left arm, killing him, police said. No arrests have been made.<\/span><\/p>\n

And at around 10:41 p.m. Friday, a masked shooter gunned down Shaiquan Wilson at a gathering outside of 1741 Randall Avenue in Clason Point, harrowing surveillance video released by cops shows.<\/span><\/p>\n

The shooter \u2014 dressed in a white face mask and all-black clothing, including a hooded sweatshirt pulled low over his eyes \u2014 can be seen in the footage walking up to Wilson, 21, and pulling a silver handgun from his pocket.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Police found Wilson unresponsive and with a fatal gunshot wound to the torso.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Cops are seeking the public\u2019s help in identifying Wilson\u2019s shooter. <\/span>Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD\u2019s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).<\/span><\/p>\n

There\u2019s been a roughly 70-percent jump in gunplay across the city this year, according to the NYPD.\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
