Speaking to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.insideedition.com\/how-rapper-jim-jones-saved-his-photographer-and-friends-life-after-he-suddenly-collapsed-72070\"><em>Inside Edition,<\/em><\/a> the Dipset r<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>er explained he saw Flete struggling to breathe and rushed to his aid.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just saw Flee sitting, just going through something that didn\u2019t seem good like he was choking,\u201d Jones said. \u201cHe couldn\u2019t breathe, and his eyes was going back in his head, and he was catching a bit of a seizure. I actually didn\u2019t know what was going on. Kind of scared me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Flete never saw it coming but credits Jones for saving his life, saying, \u201cWe was just literally just hanging out on a break from work. Just hanging out. It just happened so fast. Basically, I woke up, Jim giving me chest compression and telling me, \u2018Wake up. Wake up.\u2019\u00a0He basically saved my life. I\u2019m here today because of Jim.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Flete added, \u201cI didn\u2019t know what was going on at the moment,\u201d Jerry explained. \u201cI guess everything happened so fast. But I had an out-of-body experience. I felt like I was telling myself to come back to myself. Then I just, I guess when I snapped out of it, Jim was giving me chest compressions. The first person I woke up to was just Jim. He was holding me. I was sitting down. It happened while I was sitting down, so Jim was over me, hugging over me, I guess giving me chest compressions. That\u2019s how I started breathing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"How Jim Jones Saved His Photographer\u2019s Life\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/q1bVMMgS4E8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Jim Jones\u2019 quick thinking help Flete recover, although what exactly led to his collapse wasn\u2019t really explained. But Flete has vowed to take his health more seriously and said he\u2019s been eating better and hitting the gym. Jones is already on that path and shared some tips for those who are looking to improve their health in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMovement is medicine,\u201d he said. \u201cThe easiest exercise you can do is make sure that you walking and you running a little bit. I work out extremely hard so I can eat how I want to eat, but that\u2019s not an excuse. I should be eating way better than I do, and I try to eat 50 percent better than I have yesterday. So I\u2019m a work in progress myself.\u00a0Health is wealth. I encourage everybody to take care of themselves. Take care of you. Take it as if it\u2019s a job, and every day you should do something different that\u2019s going to help you live longer.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jones, who had to learn CPR for his little sister with a heart condition, screenshot the <em>Inside Edition<\/em> tweet about the incident and shared it via Instagram on Sunday (January 2).<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"\" title=\"Edited\">\u201cLove u\u00a0@flee_flicks\u00a0but u scared th Shit out of me,\u201d he wrote. \u201cGod is good who else gone capture me when I b havin th Shit on lol.
