Waverly Labs have been at the forefront of translation for the last few CES events, and the updated version of\u00a0Waverly Labs Ambassador Interpreter left an impression this year. It comes with features that make talking to people in different languages simple.<\/p>\n

According to Waverly Labs, \u201cWorn over-the-ear, the prosumer device offers a
highly accurate and natural interpretation experience allowing multiple users to engage in free-flowing conversations.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Ambassador Interpritor 2.0 features a far-field microphone array combined with speech recognition neural networks to capture speech and translate quickly, so you can converse with others almost as smoothly as you would if you were both speaking the same language.<\/p>\n

There are three different modes\u2014Listen, Lecture, and\u00a0Converse and each offers different translation functionality based on the setting.<\/p>\n

With Listen mode, the device\u00a0actively listens for someone speaking the language you\u2019ve selected in the area and translates it to the wearer in their native language. With\u00a0Lecture mode,\u00a0Ambassador Interpreter will broadcast the words of a speaker wearing the device to multiple people in a group setting. Finally, Converse mode lets up to four people engage in a free-flowing conversation while each is wearing an\u00a0Ambassador Interpreter.<\/p>\n
