But in November, the owner of the Forever 21 brand agreed to sell a stake to private equity firms CVC Capital Partners and HPS Investment Partners in a deal that valued it at $12.7 billion including debt.<\/p>\n<p>Authentic\u00a0Brands\u00a0owns over 30\u00a0brands\u00a0including, Aeropostale, Van Heusen, and Bandolino with a retail portfolio which spans the luxury, specialty, department store, mid-tier, mass and e-commerce channels.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this week, the company bought a majority stake in former soccer player David Beckham\u2019s brand-management company, DB Ventures LLC, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n<p>Last July,\u00a0Authentic\u00a0Brands\u00a0had filed to go public, intending to list on the New York Stock Exchange, revealing a strong jump in earnings in 2020.\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
