{"id":390327,"date":"2022-01-06T03:29:25","date_gmt":"2022-01-06T00:29:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.buradabiliyorum.com\/nike-sues-lululemon-over-mirror-home-gym\/"},"modified":"2022-01-06T03:29:25","modified_gmt":"2022-01-06T00:29:25","slug":"nike-sues-lululemon-over-mirror-home-gym","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/nike-sues-lululemon-over-mirror-home-gym\/","title":{"rendered":"#Nike sues Lululemon over Mirror Home Gym"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;<strong>#Nike sues Lululemon over Mirror Home Gym<\/strong>&#8221;<\/p>\n<div>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignleft\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Nike on Wednesday filed a lawsuit accusing\u00a0Lululemon of patent infringement for making and selling the Mirror Home Gym and related mobile <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>s without authorization.<\/p>\n<p>In a complaint filed in US District Court in Manhattan,\u00a0Nike\u00a0accused its smaller rival of infringing six patents, including through <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/technology\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"4\" title=\"Technology\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">technology<\/a> that enables users to target specific levels of exertion, compete with other users, and record their own performance.<\/p>\n<p>Nike, based in Beaverton, Oregon, is seeking <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trip<\/a>le damages for\u00a0Lululemon\u2019s alleged willful infringement, and a variety of other remedies.<\/p>\n<p>Mirror gyms start at $1,195, according to\u00a0Lululemon\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p>Lululemon\u00a0said in a statement: \u201cThe patents in question are overly broad and invalid.
