So, in this guide, we will use the \u201cpin\u201d option to save your route as a pinned item.<\/p>\n<p>When saving routes, know that you can only save driving and public transport routes. If you save a driving route, your source location will always be your current location regardless of what you used when you saved the route. For public transport routes, though, you can customize the source location.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Save_a_Route_in_Google_Maps_on_iPhone_iPad_and_Android\"><\/span>Save a Route in Google Maps on iPhone, iPad, and Android<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>On your iPhone, iPad, or Android phone, use the Google Maps <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a> to save your favorite routes to\u00a0your favorite places.<\/p>\n<p>To start, open the Google Maps app on your phone. To do so, on the directions page, tap \u201cPinned\u201d at the bottom. Very useful!<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Save_a_Route_to_Your_Home_Screen_on_Android\"><\/span>Save a Route to Your Home Screen on Android<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>On Android, you can add a shortcut for a route to your home screen.
