{"id":393519,"date":"2022-01-13T02:42:25","date_gmt":"2022-01-12T23:42:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.buradabiliyorum.com\/bode-miller-morgan-beck-havent-named-7-week-old-daughter\/"},"modified":"2022-01-13T02:42:25","modified_gmt":"2022-01-12T23:42:25","slug":"bode-miller-morgan-beck-havent-named-7-week-old-daughter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/bode-miller-morgan-beck-havent-named-7-week-old-daughter\/","title":{"rendered":"#Bode Miller, Morgan Beck haven&#8217;t named 7-week-old daughter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;<strong>#Bode Miller, Morgan Beck haven&#8217;t named 7-week-old daughter<\/strong>&#8221;<\/p>\n<div>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignleft\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Bode Miller and wife Morgan Beck have a bit of a dilemma.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0Olympic skier, 44, and the professional volleyball player, 34, are having a hard time picking out a name for their 7-week-old daughter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen you give birth at home, you don\u2019t have to name the baby right away,\u201d Savannah Guthrie said on Wednesday while speaking to the couple on the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.today.com\/parents\/babies\/help-bode-morgan-miller-name-their-baby-girl-rcna11895\">\u201cToday\u201d show.<\/a> \u201cWhen you give birth in the hospital, you have to fill out the birth certificate or they won\u2019t let you leave.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Miller explained that it is \u201chard\u201d to pick a name for their newborn as they attempt to \u201cget used to\u201d her changing personality.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe\u2019s stumped us on names so far,\u201d he added. \u201cWe have a lot that we like, but she hasn\u2019t smiled or high-fived or anything when we say them to her, and we say them to her all the time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Beck shared her \u201cfront-runners,\u201d revealing that the names are \u201cSkyler, Scarlett, calling her Lettie, or Olivia, calling her Liv. All kind of have a special meaning to [them]. But we\u2019re not going to let that stand in the way, obviously.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The New Hampshire native is also a dad to sons Neesyn, 13, and Samuel, 8, from his past relationships. He and Beck were parents to daughter Emeline Grier, who <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2018\/07\/27\/bode-miller-my-daughters-drowning-was-unbelievably-quick\/\">died in 2018 after she tragically drowned. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>He then got candid about his late daughter\u2019s memory. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEmmy was such a great balance because she was such a powerhouse and then when she passed, it was shocking because you really felt this energetic shift in the house,\u201d Miller said. \u201cObviously we were all suffering and everything, too, but there was this gap there for all the boys. And now they have this little girl. It just makes them gentle. The two have been calling their daughter \u201cOcho,\u201d the Spanish word for \u201ceight\u201d as she is the family\u2019s eighth kid.<\/p>\n<p>Beck also took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday to ask her followers for their help in picking out a name. She also picked \u201cOlivia\u201d as a middle name and she held a poll for the second middle name: either the moniker \u201cKhione\u201d or \u201cGrier.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>If parents decide to not give their newborn baby a name, hospitals will <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/time.com\/3953580\/babyboy-babygirl-name-error\/\">write down <\/a>\u201cBabygirl\u201d or \u201cBabyboy\u201d as a placeholder on the birth certificate.
