\nApp<\/a>arently, Britney Spears<\/strong> thinks her sister should have said a lot more in her recent interview with ABC News<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p>\n

As we reported, Jamie Lynn Spears<\/strong> spoke with Juju Chang<\/strong> this week to promote her upcoming memoir, Things I Should Have Said<\/em>, and also discussed her strained relationship with the Toxic<\/em> singer as well as the pop princess\u2019 conservatorship.<\/p>\n

Now, a source has come out to share with Page Six<\/em> how Britney felt about the misty-eyed sit-down \u2014 and it\u2019s safe to say the Grammy<\/strong> winner isn\u2019t begging her little sis for an encore.<\/p>\n

According to the insider, the mother-of-two is \u201crolling her eyes\u201d at JLS\u2019s responses, explaining:<\/p>\n

\u201cBritney has been deeply hurt by her family, and this isn\u2019t helping matters. Sure, Jamie Lynn has a book to sell, but things don\u2019t have to be so one-sided.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The source went on to say that Britney\u2019s side of the story has yet to be told, adding:<\/p>\n

\u201cOther than her court testimonies last summer, Britney really hasn\u2019t had a chance to tell her story. Everything had to be so hush-hush under the conservatorship; that\u2019s why no one ever heard her talk about it until recently. Now that she\u2019s free, Britney wanted to share everything that she\u2019s been through when she was ready, but Jamie Lynn beat her to the punch.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

That does sound frustrating \u2014 especially considering how momma said in court last year that she was bothered by family members being able to speak freely on TV when she wasn\u2019t able to do so because of her conservatorship \u2014 but let\u2019s be honest: the world is still waiting with bated breath to hear Britney\u2019s side!<\/p>\n

Although the source said the superstar was \u201caware of\u201d JLS\u2019s interview, it\u2019s unclear whether she watched it in full. Regardless, the 40-year-old\u2019s inner circle were quick to point out inconsistencies they noticed in the actress\u2019 story.<\/p>\n

One friend told the outlet:<\/p>\n

\u201cIn her book, Jamie Lynn describes Britney as \u2018erratic\u2019 and \u2018paranoid\u2019 at her lowest point, but when Juju asked her to comment on present-day Britney, Jamie Lynn said it wouldn\u2019t be \u2018fair\u2019 to \u2018speak to anyone else\u2019s state of mind.\u2019 What sense does that make?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Fair point!<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, another friend took issue with Jamie Lynn claiming Britney \u201ccame at me screaming and getting up in my face\u201d during an argument the sisters allegedly had in early 2020, adding:<\/p>\n

\u201cJamie Lynn curiously left out what caused the fight. It was a disagreement that should have never gone beyond the walls of the family\u2019s home. Who didn\u2019t have tension at home in the beginning of quarantine? Why even bring that up now, two years later?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Jamie Lynn has been on Britney\u2019s bad side for a while now, with the songstress most recently unfollowing the Netflix<\/strong> star on Instagram at the start of the new year. Based on these new claims, we don\u2019t expect them to patch things up anytime soon!<\/p>\n
