Quick, someone come up with a narrative for this incredible crash and spread it around the media and <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">twitter<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>(This is sarcasm, nothing is happening, Bitcoin is sideways and boring)<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 The Wolf Of All Streets (@scottmelker) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/scottmelker\/status\/1483048791255175178?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 17, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Popular analyst William Clemente meanwhile highlighted Bitcoin bouncing along an ascending trendline this month, this soon to approach a turning point as part of a wedge construction.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Should be an interesting week,&#8221; he <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/WClementeIII\/status\/1482861890703343621\">forecast<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond spot price, data showed that market composition still employed near all-time high <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/cryptoquant.com\/asset\/btc\/chart\/market-indicator\/estimated-leverage-ratio?exchange=all_exchange&amp;window=DAY&amp;sma=0&amp;ema=0&amp;priceScale=linear&amp;metricScale=linear&amp;chartStyle=line\">leverage<\/a>, this only just beginning to reduce in week two of January.<\/p>\n<p>Such leverage prevalence previously sparked concerns that a liquidity cascade could be made all the more real, with a significant move up or down hitting traders.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The highly increased leverage ratio of Bitcoin that since some days remains at an all-time high is showing concerns that a massive volatility increase will follow up,&#8221; commentator Vince Prince <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Vince_Prince_\/status\/1483029581376356355\">warned<\/a> on the day. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Technically if Bitcoin breaks the $40,000 level this will trigger a big chunk of stop-losses.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2022-01\/abd08c16-868d-4814-bba3-6d1a29d7a906.png\"><figcaption style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Bitcoin leverage ratio chart.
