\nAfter Jennifer Hough voluntarily dismissed her harassment lawsuit against Nicki Minaj in New York on January 12, Hough has reportedly refiled to move the suit to California, where Nicki and her husband Kenneth \u201cZoo\u201d Petty call home.<\/p>\n

According to Rolling Stone<\/em><\/a>, Hough\u2019s attorneys explained the reasoning behind the move to California federal court during a Manhattan court hearing on Thursday (January 20). Her team feels that the ruling would be more app<\/a>ropriate in the rap star\u2019s current home state.<\/p>\n
