Tesla reported the incident to authorities, and the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health confirmed it was aware.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCal\/OSHA is gathering more information to determine the work-relatedness of this event and whether to conduct an inspection,\u201d\u00a0a spokesperson for the agency <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mercurynews.com\/2022\/01\/20\/tesla-fremont-factory-employee-dies-working-production-line\/\">told the Mercury News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>First responders arrived at the factory just before 6 a.m. local time, a Fremont Fire Department told the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a>paper. Firefighters on site initially determined the situation was \u201ca medical emergency and said there was no machinery involved.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The worker, who was not publicly identified, was pronounced dead at the scene. Tesla acquired the facility in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>The worker\u2019s death came weeks after a separate incident at the Fremont plant.
