\n \u201cDoomsday\u201d suspect Chad Daybell\u2019s wife played the victim as Idaho cops questioned her about her two then-missing kids last year, a court heard Monday.<\/p>\n

\u201cI look like a suspect, but I\u2019m a good person,\u201d Lori Vallow Daybell, her voice breaking, insisted to the two Rexburg, Idaho, officers who showed up at the family\u2019s door Nov. 26 to ask her about the children.<\/p>\n

Lori rambled that one of her brothers was trying to kill her, her former sister-in-law wanted to take away her son and the family had to constantly move to stay out of their clutches.<\/p>\n

The encounter was one of two between Vallow and the cops that day that was recorded on at least one of the officers\u2019 body cams and played in court during a preliminary hearing for Daybell. The footage was not broadcast, but the audio was.<\/p>\n

The children\u2019s bodies were found on Daybell\u2019s rural Idaho property seven months later. Daybell \u2014 an author of books about the supposed upcoming Apocalypse \u2014 is accused of destroying evidence when burying the kids, while his wife is charged with conspiracy.<\/p>\n

Neither has been charged with the children\u2019s murders. Both have pleaded not guilty to the raps against them.<\/p>\n

Lori whined in the footage that she and her hubby only look guilty for not producing the kids \u2014 her adopted autistic 7-year-old son Joshua \u201cJJ\u201d Vallow and her biological 17-year-daughter Tylee \u2014 because no one understands the \u201chorrible year\u201d they\u2019d had.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a lot of stuff. It\u2019s very weird. I had to move around a lot. One of my brothers was trying to kill me,\u201d Lori claimed.<\/p>\n

She added that the sister of her former husband, JJ\u2019s biological grandmother, was planning to do anything to get the boy back.<\/p>\n

The grandma, Kay Woodcock, rolled her eyes and looked up to heaven as the footage played. Her husband Larry \u2014 who earlier in the day cried while listening to a cop describe how he found JJ\u2019s bound body buried in a pet cemetery on Daybell\u2019s property last month \u2014 shook his head in disbelief.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo I don\u2019t tell people the truth about where we are,\u201d said Lori \u2014 who fled to Hawaii with Daybell at one point to allegedly evade police in the case.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel like I\u2019m being tracked all the time,\u201d she added. \u201cI know people are looking for me. I just don\u2019t want to be found.\u201d\n <\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
