According to a report from <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2022\/01\/dylan-mcdermott-fbi-most-wanted-new-lead-julian-mcmahon-replacement-cbs-1234919102\/\">Deadline<\/a>, you will see him make his first <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>earance when we get around to episode 17 airing in April. At the time of this writing, there are no details about his character.<\/p>\n<p>So what does this casting mean for the future of McDermott as Richard Wheatley? Well, there were never plans for that character to be around full-time on\u00a0<em>Organized Crime.\u00a0<\/em>He was so popular that he was brought back for another arc this season but eventually, that will come to a close. It is rather curious that he is jumping over to another Wolf <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> in a totally different role so soon, given that technically the\u00a0<em>FBI\u00a0<\/em>franchise is set in the same universe as\u00a0<em>Law &amp; Order\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0<em>One Chicago.\u00a0<\/em>The presence of Hailey Upton on the flagship\u00a0<em>FBI\u00a0<\/em>show confirms that. (Granted, we don\u2019t expect the writers to come on and explain why this new character looks so much like Wheatley.)<\/p>\n<p>We presume that the plan will be for Dylan to be front and center for an eventual season 4 for\u00a0<em>Most Wanted,\u00a0<\/em>even though that has not been officially ordered as of yet at CBS.
