Want to see your photos on Apple\u2019s billboards and advertisements? Apple is inviting customers to submit their best macro photos for the 2022 Shot on iPhone<\/a> challenge. Submissions are open until February 16th, and winners are announced on April 12th.<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s challenge is exclusive to iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max owners, as only these new iPhones support macro shooting through the ultra-wide lens. Macro mode, of course, lets you shoot magnified photos of incredibly small subjects<\/a>, such as the gills of a mushroom or the rings of a tree stump.<\/p>\n

Apple says that winning photos will be shared on its website and Instagram account. The photos could also appear on billboards, in Apple events, and in other forms of advertising. As in previous years, a panel of\u00a0Apple employees and photographers will judge each entry and pick ten winners for the contest.<\/p>\n
