The billionaire offered to provide McDonald\u2019s with some publicity if they agreed to his proposal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI will eat a h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>y meal on tv if @McDonalds accepts Dogecoin,\u201d <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/elonmusk\/status\/1485953263040188416\">Musk tweeted<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Dogecoin\u2019s price rose more than 7 percent to $0.14 following Musk\u2019s tweet, according to Coinbase. <\/p>\n<p>McDonald\u2019s did not im<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>tely return The Post\u2019s request for comment, but did respond to Musk\u2019s tweet, saying \u201conly if Tesla accepts grimacecoin.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Musk\u2019s offer came McDonald\u2019s repeatedly engaged with the crypto community on social media in recent days. Cryptocurrencies have been volatile in recent weeks as investors dial back riskier investments ahead of the Federal Reserve\u2019s expected interest rate hikes.<\/p>\n<p>El Salvador President Nayib Bukele shared a meme of himself in a McDonald\u2019s uniform as bitcoin\u2019s price plunged on Monday.
