Strassel notes<\/a>, President Biden \u201cfaces a choice. He can pick a qualified liberal in the mold of Justice Breyer or Justice Elena Kagan and take credit for putting a substantive, thoughtful jurist on the bench. Or he can bow to progressive demands\u201d and nominate \u201can amped-up version of Justice Sonia Sotomayor, all anger, bluster and fiery opinions.\u201d If he does the latter, Republicans will \u201chang that nominee around vulnerable Senate Democrats\u2019 necks in\u201d November. The one-time cocaine-stained hero of LA\u2019s alternative scene, singer of angry songs about Vietnam and the Kent State massacre, participant with Crosby, Stills and Nash in the Freedom of Speech Tour of 2006, is now basically pleading with a huge corporation to silence people he doesn\u2019t like\u201d by demanding Spotify drop Joe Rogan. \u201cFrom protest singer to agitator for capitalist censorship? Even the \u201cmoguls have lost their faith in the redemptive and life-changing power of new music.
