“#Demon Slayer\u2019s Zenitsu VA Hiro Shimono Tests Positive for COVID-19 for a 2nd Time<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

The agency for voice actor\u00a0Hiro Shimono<\/strong>, I’m Enterprise revealed<\/span><\/a> today that Shimono has once again tested positive for COVID-19 after contracting the disease<\/span> back in July 2021. The agency noted that Shimono<\/strong> was already under self-quarantine after being deemed a close contact for a few days and underwent a PCR test due to this, which resulted in a positive result.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Shimono<\/strong> is reportedly feeling fine and is currently receiving treatment under instruction\u00a0from a local health center. I’m\u00a0Enterprise again for the situation and vowed again to “make every effort to prevent the spread of the disease, placing the highest priority on the safety of our actors, employees, and everyone involved.”<\/p>\n

Shimono<\/strong> is best known for voicing\u00a0Zenitsu in Demon Slayer: Kimestu no Yaiba<\/strong><\/em>, as well as\u00a0Connie in\u00a0Attack on Titan\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>and\u00a0Dabi in\u00a0My Hero Academia<\/strong>. <\/em>Fellow\u00a0Demon Slayer<\/strong> voice actor Natsuki Hanae<\/strong>, who voices Tanjiro, also tested positive<\/span> for COVID-19 on January 27 and is currently still recovering from the disease at home.\u00a0<\/p>\n
