“#Charles Barkley trolled about diet on ‘Inside the NBA’<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

The \u201cInside the NBA\u201d crew continues to serve up laughs at Charles Barkley\u2019s expense. <\/p>\n

On Tuesday, his co-hosts Ernie Johnson, Shaquille O\u2019Neal, and Kenny Smith decided to investigate an app<\/a>arent claim by Barkley<\/a> that he\u2019s on a diet and only eating between the hours of 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. <\/p>\n

So, the hosts put a hidden camera in the crew\u2019s greenroom backstage to see if Barkley snuck some snacks during his window of fasting. <\/p>\n

The footage showed Barkley, with his button-up shirt untucked and wrinkled, grabbing a snack at 7:58 p.m.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s still good, 7:58 is great. It\u2019s perfect, you were right there man,\u201d Johnson said, to which Barkley added, \u201cI stayed within my time frame.\u201d <\/p>\n

But, Johnson warned, that wasn\u2019t it. <\/p>\n

\u201cWell, I think there is more tape,\u201d he said. <\/p>\n

Barkley was caught on camera searching for more snacks at 9:18 p.m. \u2014 and he wasn\u2019t alone. O\u2019Neal joined him and was seen reaching for snacks of his own.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m right there with you,\u201d the Lakers legend said, laughing. <\/p>\n

Five minutes later, footage showed Barkley went back for more food and again 10:26 p.m.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey got a snack cam back there man,\u201d Smith said, unable to contain his laughter. \u201cY\u2019all are out of control.\u201d <\/p>\n

After the crew aired the evidence, Barkley said he was just \u201cextending his dinner.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cChuckster, are we supposed to believe for the last two weeks that there has been no snacking, this was just an isolated incident?\u201d Johnson asked.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ll tell you what\u2019s so funny about that Ernie,\u201d Barkley said. \u201cI did the same thing last week. They had the snacks sitting right beside my seat. I have willpower when the snacks are not right beside me. I\u2019m telling you the truth. Thursday will be my weak night because the snacks are right beside me.\u201d <\/p>\n

O\u2019Neal accused him of lying and Barkley said, \u201cY\u2019all are some snitches in this,\u201d while sipping his glass.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
