“#Queen Najia Links Up With Big Sean for New Single 'Hate Our Love'<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

\nDetroit artists Queen Najia and Big Sean have joined forces for the former\u2019s new track \u201cHate Our Love.\u201d The new track features a sample of Bobby Glenn\u2019s 1970s song \u201cSounds Like A Love Song,\u201d and celebrates an enduring love that goes through ups and downs.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat I\u2019d like for people to take away from \u2018Hate Our Love\u2019 is don\u2019t let anybody come in between anything or anyone that you love,\u201d Queen Naija said in a statement. \u201cI\u2019m so excited to finally collaborate with Big Sean on a record\u2026it\u2019s been a dream of mine for a while now. With both of us being from Detroit, it felt like the perfect match up and I hope everyone loves the song!\u201d<\/p>\n

On Thursday (February 3), Big Sean joined\u00a0Queen Naija\u00a0on Instagram Live to discuss the new track,\u00a0but in doing so also dropped a few hints about a new TWENTY88 album with Jhen\u00e9 Aiko. When Naija asked what else was on his plate, Sean Don spoke earnestly about the project.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m here working on [a] new album and new TWENTY88, me and Jhen\u00e9,\u201d the Detroit rapp<\/a>er said with a grin. \u201cShit, we\u2019ve been working on it for a little bit\u2026 It\u2019s coming along good, though.\u201d<\/p>\n

Big Sean and Jhen\u00e9 Aiko\u2019s TWENTY88 debut hit No. 5 on the Billboard 200 in 2016, selling 40,000 copies in its first week.<\/p>\n

The rapper first spoke about a potential follow-up record during an appearance on\u00a0Ebro In The Morning<\/em>\u00a0in 2020.<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, I hope so,\u201d he said when asked if the duo would ever collab again. \u201cCollabing with [Jhen\u00e9] is like one of the easiest things ever, you know? When we both are in a mood, you know? \u2018Cause when you in a relationship, too, sometimes you can be irritated with each other.\u201d<\/p>\n
