Up 46.5% for the year. Gasoline? 40%.<strong> <\/strong>Used cars? 40.5%.<strong> <\/strong>New cars? 12.2%<strong> <\/strong>Meat, fish, poultry and eggs?<strong> <\/strong>12.2%. Breads and cereals? 6.8%.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Eating, driving and keeping your house warm all saw the biggest price spikes in decades.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>So much for the prez\u2019s December claim that the 6.8% CPI inflation we saw through November was the \u201cpeak\u201d of this plague.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>His response to Thursday\u2019s even-worse number was vapid: He says he sees \u201csigns\u201d that \u201cwe will make it through this challenge.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t expect anything more substantial on this from Biden, who\u2019s still repackaging his other stalled ideas (from Build Back Better to federal controls on pre<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">script<\/a>ion-drug prices) as the supposed medicine to get inflation under control.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Bidenflation has the average household spending $250 more per month, per one study, on groceries and gas. Put another way, the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>n worker, despite nominal raises, lost 1.9% of her take-home pay.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignright\">\n    <\/aside>\n<p>And don\u2019t expect any Biden apologies, either, over his policies having worsened this mess, from his war on fossil fuel to his needless $2 trillion \u201cCOVID relief\u201d package last March (which was 90% non-COVID spending). <\/p>\n<p>Naturally, the public is furious. A recent Politico\/Morning Consult poll showed that of voters who rank the economy as their No. 1 issue, 73% say the country is on the wrong track.\u00a0And the president\u2019s approval rating is now solidly below 40%, and sinking.<\/p>\n<p>To Biden\u2019s record inflation, add a record surge of illegal immigration and, in his Afghan bugout, a record number of allies left in the lurch.\u00a0And he may yet set the modern record for rising crime, too!
