The diamond is characterized by its opaque black <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>earance with full of visible holes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The carbonade diamond is available in only two regions on the planet, namely Brazil and the Central African Republic. However, what makes this carbonade diamond even more mysterious is the fact that it contains an array of metals, such as the titanium nitride mineral osbornite, which is commonly found in meteorites.<\/p>\n<p>Sotheby&#8217;s did not reveal the buyer&#8217;s name, however, Richard Heart, an entrepreneur on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a> claimed to be the anonymous owner of the diamond.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sotheby didn\u2019t respond to Cointelegraph\u2019s request for comments at the time of writing.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">I won the world&#8217;s largest cut diamond for our <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/HEXican?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#HEXican<\/a> cultural heritage! He said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThere has not been a single, scientifically sound alternative to the [extraterrestrial] origin of carbonado,\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sotheby became one of the first luxury auction houses to accept crypto as a payment starting in October 2021.
