“#Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Announced for 2023<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

A second season of Jujutsu Kaisen<\/em> has been announced with a 2023 release date. The announcement was accompanied by an illustration by author Gege Akutami<\/strong> of the Jujutsu Kaisen 0<\/em> prequel movie.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first season of Jujutsu Kaisen<\/em> aired in 2020. The supernatural action anime<\/a> is based on the Shueisha-published manga by Akutami, which began in 2018 and has 18 tankoubon volumes as of December 2021. The manga is serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump and published under the Jump Comics label.<\/span><\/p>\n

As for Jujutsu Kaisen 0<\/em>, the movie premiered in Japan on December 24, 2021 and will soon premiere in North America and Southeast Asia. The\u00a0manga was first serialized in Jump GIGA in 2017 for four volumes under a different title and later published as a single volume manga in November 2018.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
