In addition to the new season\u2019s announcement, a teaser visual of Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito and Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji as well an announcement video have been released.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As listed on the anime\u2019s website, the returning staff from the freshly concluded <em>Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc\u00a0<\/em>includes director <strong>Haruo Sotozaki<\/strong> and character designer\/chief animation director <strong>Akira Matsushima<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc Anime Adaptation Confirmed!\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/skPTYqur_TM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The first\u00a0<em>Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba\u00a0<\/em>season premiered in 2019. The anime is based on the manga by\u00a0<strong>Koyoharu Gotouge<\/strong>, which was first serialized in 2016 in Shueisha\u2019s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine and ended in 2020 with a total of 23 tankoubon volumes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">2020 saw the release of <em>Demon Slayer \u2013 Kimetsu No Yaiba \u2013 The Movie: Mugen Train<\/em>, which received a TV broadcast version that premiered in October. The TV version of <em>Mugen Train <\/em>was followed by the <em>Entertainment District Arc<\/em>\u00a0which began on December 5.
