My guess is\u2026we\u2019re not going to be back to our 2% target by the end of this year. But, by the end of this year, we should be well on our way back towards that,\u201d Kashkari said, during a virtual town-hall discussion with John Howard, the CEO of United Natural Foods Inc..<\/p>\n<div class=\"paywall\">\n       The Fed\u2019s favorite inflation measure \u2013 the personal consumption expenditure price index \u2013 was running at a 5.8% annual rate in December.
