I can finally tell you my big secret . . . I am the first Victoria\u2019s Secret model with Down syndrome,\u201d Jirau excitedly announced <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CZ9lWHGrWio\/\">in an Instagram post <\/a>she shared with her 204,000 followers on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Jirau kickstarted her modeling career in Puerto Rico in 2019.
