Three suspects were eventually charged with the crime last month, but one of them has reportedly gone missing.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/wreg.com\/news\/local\/young-dolph\/third-suspect-wanted-in-connection-to-young-dolphs-murder\/\"><em>WREG,\u00a0<\/em><\/a>Memphis law enforcement has issued a warrant for Shondale Barnett, who was arrested in Indiana on January 11 alongside fellow defendant Justin Johnson (also known as aspiring local rapper Straight Drop). Barnett was supposed to be extradited back to Memphis but wound up being released from an Indiana jail just 10 days after his arrest.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">BREAKING:<br \/>Both Young Dolph accused gunmen are in custody. <br \/>Justin \u201cStraight Drop\u201d Johnson and Cornelius Smith (the gunman wearing the Bass Pro Hat.) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/HVdxWQE1X2\">pic.twitter.com\/HVdxWQE1X2<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Jeremy Pierre FOX13 (@JeremypierreFOX) <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JeremypierreFOX\/status\/1481035176155226113?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 11, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Shelby County Sheriff\u2019s Office now have \u201cno idea\u201d where Barnett is.\u00a0Clay County Sheriff Paul Harden addressed the situation during a press conference on Thursday (February 17).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn January 11, Mr. Shundale Barnett was brought to the Clay County Jail by the Indiana State Police from an arrest on I-70,\u201d Harden explained. \u201cHe was booked in the Clay County Jail on an outstanding warrant from Shelby County, Tennessee.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe contacted Shelby County and held him on their warrant. And we were contacted on January 21 and they told us that they were no longer wanting to come and pick up Mr. Barnett and that we were to release him at that time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As to why Barnett was released,\u00a0District Attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">General<\/a> Amy Weirich didn\u2019t give a definitive answer and instead offered, \u201cI\u00a0can\u2019t, because it\u2019s a pending case. It is a pending investigation, it is a pending prosecution, and we can\u2019t get into that at this time.
