Basically subtitles, you can enable\u00a0live captions in Google Meet, turn them off if needed, and change the language.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re having difficulty hearing what participants are saying, live captions can ensure you don\u2019t miss a thing during your\u00a0Google Meet\u00a0video call. You can set a preferred language, but note that the speaker must be speaking that language for the feature to work; this is not a live translate tool.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Live_Captions_in_Google_Meet_on_the_Web\"><\/span>Live Captions in Google Meet on the Web<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>You have a few easy ways to\u00a0enable live captions\u00a0on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/redirect.viglink.com\/?key=e7eab128eb8d1c53e14db14f4c632447&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fmeet.google.com%2F&amp;cuid=xid:fr1689159640aaa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-trxnetwork=\"vg\">the Google Meet website<\/a>.
