Since getting serious about nutrition and fitness during the COVID-19 pandemic in October 2019, the Memphis native has lost an impressive 50 pounds while looking slimmer and stronger.<\/p>\n<p>In the latest episode of <em>Men\u2019s Health<\/em>\u2018s \u201cGym &amp; Fridge\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a>, Yo Gotti shares the secrets behind his physical transformation. The CMG capo invites fans into his industrial \u201cweight loss fridge,\u201d which is packed with lean meats and fish such as chicken, turkey burgers and salmon, as well as green vegetables including broccoli, asparagus and spinach.<\/p>\n<p>Fruit, which is high in vitamins and fiber, is also an essential for Gotti, who enjoys consuming them on their own or blended up in shakes and smoothies. So I got rid of all that. It\u2019s a lot more greenery and vegetables, and even the sweets I eat are prepared by my chef, which is way, way better for my health. It really helped me lose like 50 pounds.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He adds, \u201cI never been on a specific type of diet, I just tried to stop eating bad and start eating healthy. A lot of things I do, though, is calorie count, I think that\u2019s what helped me a lot. For the last year, I tried to count my calorie intake and that seems to be the best results that I get.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That doesn\u2019t mean Yo Gotti deprives himself of comfort food, though. The <em>CM10<\/em> rapper admits he goes \u201call the way\u201d in on cheat meals and sometimes even flies out to his Memphis restaurant Prive\u0301, where he indulges in hamburgers, steak, yams, corn, spaghetti and lasagne.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Yo Gotti Shares The Diet &amp; Workout Behind His 50lb Weight Loss | Gym &amp; Fridge | Men&#039;s Health\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Yhy40-zC49c?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>As for his workout regime, Yo Gotti enjoys doing 45 minutes to an hour of cardio on his bike machine each morning while he handles business over the phone. His favorite exercise, though, is the push-up, which he started doing in sixth grade to help build himself up for the rigors of high school.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking with <em><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gq.com\/story\/real-life-diet-yo-gotti\">GQ<\/a><\/em> last year, Gotti revealed his workouts involve a lot of boxing, jump rope, core work and circuits, which he mainly does from the comfort of his own home alongside his trainer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy fitness goal when I started this, I was 210 pounds and I lost, like, 50 pounds,\u201d he explains. \u201cAnd then I gained, like, 15 or 18 pounds back, so right now I\u2019m trying to lose those 15 pounds.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not all about the number on the scale for Gotti, though. \u201cWorking out helps you as a performer,\u201d he adds. \u201cIt gives you more energy. I wish I would\u2019ve known this, like, 10, 15 years ago.
