The rules were created after 6ix9ine attempted to <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a> the charts in his favor via merch bundles when he released his 2020\u00a0<em>TattleTales<\/em>\u00a0project.<\/p>\n<p>Billboard argued the STEM player \u201ccan be used for other means besides the playing of the album,\u201d which in their eyes qualifies it as merch. Kanye has so far been mute on whether he ever plans to make\u00a0<em>Donda 2<\/em> more accessible to the public, via streaming or other means.<\/p>\n<p>The dis<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ointing <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/news\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"2\" title=\"News\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">news<\/a> comes after the album\u2019s predecessor <em>Donda<\/em> had one of the biggest first-week sales for an artist in 2021, with Kanye moving over 309,000 units its debut week.<\/p>\n<div class=\"p-message_pane_message__message_label c-message_kit__labels c-message_kit__labels--light\">\n<div class=\"c-message_kit__gutter\">\n<div class=\"c-message_kit__gutter__right\" role=\"presentation\" data-qa=\"message_content\">\n<div class=\"c-message_kit__blocks c-message_kit__blocks--rich_text\">\n<div class=\"c-message__message_blocks c-message__message_blocks--rich_text\" data-qa=\"message-text\">\n<div class=\"p-block_kit_renderer\" data-qa=\"block-kit-renderer\">\n<div class=\"p-block_kit_renderer__block_wrapper p-block_kit_renderer__block_wrapper--first\">\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_block\" dir=\"auto\">\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Kanye announced in February that he planned to release\u00a0<em>Donda 2<\/em>\u00a0exclusively to his STEM player as part of his \u201canti-streaming revolution,\u201d calling streaming an \u201coppressive system\u201d that doesn\u2019t pay artists enough. The move jeopardized his\u00a0relationship with Apple Music, where, according to reports, Ye passed on a $100 million deal in order to roll out the project on his STEM player.<\/p>\n<p>Ye criticized Apple on <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social media<\/a> and wondered why the company was willing to meet with Spotify CEO Daniel Ek but not him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI love how Apple only sees artist in only one way,\u201d he wrote alongside a screenshot of a text from a Live Nation executive informing him the Apple sponsorship deal was dead. \u201cThey\u2019ll sit with Daniel Ek but won\u2019t meet with Ye.
