Alongside the <span style=\"color:#f39c12;\">latest updates<\/span> on the box office takings of the feature, the third-week gifts for filmgoers were unveiled.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As of Sunday, March 6,\u00a0<em><strong>Fruits Basket -prelude- <\/strong><\/em>has made more than 130 million yen (US$1.13 million) at the Japanese box office from\u00a074,000 tickets sold. As a roadshow release, the feature, which is both a prequel and a sequel to the\u00a0<span style=\"color:#f39c12;\"><b><i>Fruits Basket<\/i><\/b><\/span>\u00a0TV <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/anime-manga\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"6\" title=\"Anime || Manga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">anime<\/a> will be opening in more and more theaters over the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For theaters that originally released\u00a0<em><strong>Fruits Basket -prelude- <\/strong><\/em>on February 18, starting March 11 filmgoers will get one of two different postcards, one featuring Kyo and Tohru, and the other featuring Tohru&#8217;s parents Kyoko and Katsuya when they were first falling in love. A Blu-ray of the stories was released on the same day in theater shops in Japan.
