We are in the building where \u2018Saturday Night Live\u2019 films. Johnny\u2019s features an intimate corner bar overlooking Sixth Avenue\u201d with \u201cvintage chairs, stone coffee tables, and a classic black piano,\u201d the release notes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The bar was designed by the founders of the renowned Gachot Studios, John and Christine Gachot, whose portfolio includes the newly opened Pendry Hotel at Manhattan West, Glossier in Soho and Marc Jacobs\u2019 West Village townhouse.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPebble Bar has a poetic presence: a historic townhouse that stands as testament to a time before Nelson Rockefeller leveled an entire neighborhood to build becomes inextricable from NYC.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kliegman, who is the co-founder and CEO of Black Seed Bagels and who also owns the Smile; the Jane Ballroom; and Ray\u2019s, a Lower East Side dive, explained that it took a bit to work out an agreement for the space, including the delay from the pandemic. <\/p>\n<p>Construction on Pebble Bar began in February 2021, exactly a year from its href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/03\/07\/kanye-west-defends-art-after-burying-pete-davidson-in-eazy\/\">not have been \u201cEazy\u201d on the Davidson,<\/a> who is currently dating Kim Kardashian,
