They\u2019re just showboating [it] around. I have no idea where it is in all honesty. It\u2019s in the house I grew up in. I don\u2019t know if there\u2019s like a safe place now that I\u2019ve moved out or anything like that, but I have no clue where it is right now.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p>When it was suggested to Schauffele that many Olympic champions have a period of time during which they show their medal around, he delivered a fantastic zinger on 2016 gold medal winner Justin Rose when he said, \u201cIs that based on all Olympic gold medalists or just Justin Rose? Sorry, Rosey.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Asked about encounters with the medal, Schauffele recalled a bizarre airport incident with a TSA security agent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI had to <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">travel<\/a> to Japan with it and I had it in my backpack and I went through TSA and I kind of put it in the back side of my bag that I travel with where my iPad goes,\u2019\u2019 he said. \u201cI took everything out obviously through TSA and my bag got pulled aside. I have no clue what this is on your screen.\u2019 He\u2019s ripping through the bag, and then I was like, \u2018Oh, dangit.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo, I pull it out, and he\u2019s like, \u2018Wow, what is this? Is this like a replica or something?\u2019 And I looked at him like, \u2018No, it\u2019s real.\u2019 And he looked at me and he\u2019s like, \u2018What did you \u2026 is it yours or is it someone else\u2019s?\u2019 I was like, \u2018Man, I guess I need to keep playing good golf.\u2019\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module alignright\">\n    <\/aside>\n<p>Because so many players spoke of being beaten up by the course setup and conditions last week in the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill, there has been speculation that a lot of top players might avoid playing the event in the future.<\/p>\n<p>Rory McIlroy was one of the most vocal in railing about the Bay Hill course.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt wasn\u2019t misconstrued, I was definitely complaining,\u2019\u2019 McIlroy said Tuesday. \u201cUnless you were out on the golf course, you wouldn\u2019t understand in a way. Look, it was the same for everyone. I certainly get that. But there was a lot of alcoholic beverages being drunk in the locker room when I went in there on Sunday afternoon by a lot of players, so it wasn\u2019t just me out there having a rough time.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<p>One player who had no issue with Bay Hill was Jon Rahm, who played the tournament for the first time last week.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI liked it,\u2019\u2019 Rahm said Tuesday. \u201cI enjoyed the golf course, I enjoyed the design and I enjoyed the challenge. Going forward, I\u2019ll be back. As a family we liked it. There\u2019s a lot of things to do for my wife and baby out there, and if I\u2019m enjoying the golf course, it seems like it\u2019s a week that I\u2019ll probably go back to.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019d rather play at Bay Hill every single week of the year than a golf course that challenges you in no other way than putting. We\u2019re trying to be the best players in the world. We\u2019re playing at Arnold Palmer\u2019s place; it\u2019s Arnold Palmer\u2019s legacy. I think he would like us to suffer a little bit. I have nothing to complain about honestly.\u2019\u2019<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n<p>The comment of the day came from Patrick Cantlay, who was asked about the Sawgrass Stadium Course.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would have liked to have seen what I would have shot the COVID year,\u2019\u2019 Cantlay said, referring to the 2020 Players, which that was canceled after one round. \u201cI think I was 6- or 7-under the first day [actually 5-under], so that\u2019s just lost to the ether.\u2019\u2019\n                        <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
