In the interim between the band&#8217;s last album \u2014 2017&#8217;s <i>Cost of Living<\/i> \u2014 and their collaborative soundtrack with Italian post-rock trio <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/artist\/3e3PnQZpWGJhIbcQWOkIjh\">Gatto Ciliegia contro il Grande Freddo<\/a> for the 2020 historical drama film <i><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=DDMeV4TIPtI&amp;ab_channel=AdamIbourk\">Miss Marx<\/a><\/i>, DeFrancesco released <i>The Vital Cord<\/i>, their debut album as La Neve. Now, they&#8217;ve announced a follow-up EP, <i>History Solved<\/i>, and shared its title track.<\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>            The new single introduces La Neve&#8217;s audience to drummer <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/babykarnn\/?hl=en\">Karna Ray<\/a>, who will sub in on the new tape for the previous record&#8217;s automated percussion. It&#8217;s a blistering cut, clocking in at just under three minutes but feeling much, much shorter.
