According to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2022\/03\/09\/chris-brown-rape-accuser-texts-voicemail-lawsuit\/\"><em>TMZ,<\/em><\/a> Ariel Mitchell\u2019s client (only identified as Jane Doe) didn\u2019t tell her about the messages she\u2019d sent to Brown in the wake of the alleged assault.<\/p>\n<p>After the texts were published on<em> Radar Online,<\/em> Brown headed to Instagram where he exposed an old voicemail from the woman in which she said, \u201cI just want to see you again \u2026 just let me know. If you want me to leave you alone, I will. But I really just wanna fuck the shit again.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added in his Instagram Stories, \u201cNo more dragging me through the mud. The messages also revealed Brown suggested the woman get a Plan B to prevent a possible pregnancy to which she said, \u201cOh shit ok I will.\u201d Brown replied, \u201cI definitely didn\u2019t bust inside ya\u2026just was hella faded so I wanted to be sure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After not hearing from Brown for awhile, she text him with her new number and told him she\u2019d relocated to Los Angeles, where Brown lives.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMissing u (sic),\u201d she said in a message nearly nine months after the Miami encounter. \u201cU [sic] were honestly the best \u2014- I\u2019ve had (emoji) lol I just want it again. Why are you playing with meee [sic] lol.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As Brown noted, he plans on taking legal action against the woman.\u00a0In a statement sent to\u00a0<em>HipHopDX,<\/em>\u00a0Chris Brown\u2019s publicist said he didn\u2019t want to publicly address the case but believes the text messages speak for themselves.<\/p>\n<p>Brown\u2019s attorney\u00a0George Vrabeck\u00a0of Vrabeck Adams &amp; Co. Inc. said previously he intended \u201cto hold ALL parties accountable so that we might begin to eradicate this behavior from our society. Our client\u00a0deserves justice.
