You\u2019re the very board on which this <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/game\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"7\" title=\"Game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">game<\/a> is played,\u201d Q corrects him, but Picard just wants him to cut to the chase. \u201cThe chase is bleeding. The chase is dying in your arms, and I am but a suture in the wound,\u201d the trickster says. That\u2019s when Picard realizes, \u201cQ, you are not well.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1035577\" style=\"width: 941px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1035577\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-1035577\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tvinsider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/star-trek-picard-202-picard-q-931x570.jpg\" alt=\"Sir Patrick Stewart as Jean-Luc Picard and John de Lancie as Q in Star Trek Picard\" width=\"931\" height=\"570\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tvinsider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/star-trek-picard-202-picard-q-931x570.jpg 931w, https:\/\/www.tvinsider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/star-trek-picard-202-picard-q-450x276.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.tvinsider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/star-trek-picard-202-picard-q-768x470.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tvinsider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/star-trek-picard-202-picard-q-570x349.jpg 570w, https:\/\/www.tvinsider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/star-trek-picard-202-picard-q.jpg 2028w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 931px) 100vw, 931px\"\/><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-1035577\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Trae Patton\/Paramount+<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Q retakes control of the conversation, leaving us wondering just what\u2019s going on with Q. \u201cThe one thing that we do try to do consistently in the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> \u2014 this isn\u2019t exactly an answer, but it\u2019s an answer \u2014 is we try to make the time between the last time you saw the character and now matter,\u201d executive producer <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/tvinsider.com\/people\/akiva-goldsman\">Akiva Goldsman<\/a> told TV Insider. \u201cIt\u2019s not static, but those years that passed for us passed for them as well. It\u2019s a little bit more complicated with Q because he doesn\u2019t quite live in linear time. Nevertheless, the same burden of recent history that Picard brought to Season 1 Q is bringing to season 2.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Adds de Lancie, \u201cit is a slow progression and it\u2019s not really an important commodity or important point in the beginning of the storyline. And it is intentionally hidden as it were. It\u2019s like somebody\u2019s just not gonna talk about what their health situations are, and that\u2019s pretty much where it\u2019s kept for a while.\u201d Given all we know so far, we have to also think about his comments about Q needing Picard to \u201clook at a particular issue that is important that he look at\u201d because his character has \u201csomething at stake.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But Picard is busy at the moment, getting to know this new reality in which he now finds himself. While Q won\u2019t tell him at the time where the Stargazer or his crew are (he\u2019ll reunite with them soon enough, though), he does say, \u201cwe\u2019re never too old to be students of our behaviors, Jean-Luc\u2026 I\u2019ve had enough of your obstinance, your stubbornness, your insistence on changing in all ways but the one that matters. This is not a lesson. It\u2019s a penance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In this new reality, Picard has alien slaves and trophies of skulls (including Sarek, Spock\u2019s father). He\u2019s \u201cthe greatest <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general<\/a> the mighty Confederation of Earth has ever seen, the most bloodthirsty, merciless, ruthless, human to ever set out to conquer the galaxy.\u201d And once he eventually reunites with the others \u2014 Agnes (Alison Pill), Seven of Nine (Jeri Ryan), Raffi (Michelle Hurd), Elnor (Evan Evagora), and Rios (Santiago Cabrera), all of whom are also living different lives \u2014 they must trust the Borg Queen (<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/tvinsider.com\/people\/annie-wersching\">Annie Wersching<\/a>) to <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">travel<\/a> back in time (as, is noted, Kirk\u2019s Enterprise, though they had Spock, has done) to Los Angeles in 2024, when something was changed, to fix reality.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Star Trek: Picard<\/em>, Thursdays, Paramount+<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
