We are seeing some signs of a willingness to have real serious negotiations,\u201d Sherman said on<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" been carried out very often and recently especially intensively against civilian infrastructure,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, national security adviser Jake Sullivan and State Department
