Simply put, not all cables meet the standards required by Android Auto. Users may also encounter problems when their USB cable is damaged or when they\u2019re using the wrong USB port in their car\u2019s infotainment center.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re having trouble with Android Auto and the USB cable is at fault, you should purchase a cable <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Anker-Powerline-Certified-Samsung-MacBook\/dp\/B07213D35X?tag=reviewgeek-20\">with USB-IF certification<\/a>\u00a0(preferably one that\u2019s 3 feet or shorter, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/androidauto\/answer\/6348190\">according to Google<\/a>).
