After months of searching for their perfect home for their blended family, it seems they finally found it. <\/p>\n<p>The two lovebirds are in contract to shell out more than $50 million for a massive Bel-Air, Los Angeles, abode spanning nearly 20,000 square feet, according to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2022\/03\/19\/jennifer-lopez-ben-affleck-escrow-home-bel-air\/?traffic_source=Connatix\">TMZ<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>And it looks like, despite the hefty price to be paid, they\u2019re still snagging a deal for the gigantic property, which will offer plenty of room for their children to play.<\/p>\n<p>The property first went up for sale in February for a whopping $65 million.<\/p>\n<p>In 2016, Todd Lemkin, a Texas hedge fund manager, purchased the traditional home for $27.6 million. href=\"https:\/\/www.hiltonhyland.com\/associates\/drew-fenton\/\">Drew Fenton<\/a> of Hilton &amp; Hyland, who holds the listing, for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Affleck, 49, and Lopez, 52, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2022\/02\/02\/jennifer-lopez-ben-affleck-had-fear-about-rekindling-romance\/\">rekindled their romance<\/a> after nearly two decades, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2021\/04\/30\/jennifer-lopez-ben-affleck-hanging-out-after-alex-rodriguez-split\/\">last April.<\/a> They were spotted last summer looking at $65 million pad in LA\u2019s upscale Holmby Hills neighborhood. <\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Lopez attempted to sell her New York City penthouse, but she took it off the market after four
