Amazon pulled the official <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a> from <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/redirect.viglink.com\/?key=204a528a336ede4177fff0d84a044482&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fchannelstore.roku.com%2Fbrowse\">Roku Channel Store<\/a>\u00a0in 2017, but you can still use the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/redirect.viglink.com\/?key=204a528a336ede4177fff0d84a044482&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fmy.roku.com%2Faccount%2Fadd%3Fchannel%3Dtwitchtv\">Unofficial Twitch<\/a> or <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ttvstream.com\/\">TTV Stream<\/a> apps to watch Twitch on Roku.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"admonishment_update\"><p><strong>Update, 3\/14\/22:<\/strong> As of March 2022, the old official Twitch app (Option 2 below) no longer works at all because Roku is <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/redirect.viglink.com\/?key=204a528a336ede4177fff0d84a044482&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fblog.roku.com%2Fdeveloper%2Fidk\">phasing out all unofficial channels<\/a>. Our first option, Twoku, still works for the moment, but it could stop working at any time.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Option_1_How_to_Install_Twoku_on_Roku\"><\/span>Option 1: How to Install Twoku on Roku<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>As an alternative to the unsupported official app, Twoku is another unofficial app that provides access to Twitch.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"admonishment_note\"><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Due to the changes being made to unofficial channels, and with the introduction of \u201cBeta Channels,\u201d it is very likely this won\u2019t work in the future. If you follow these instructions and they don\u2019t work, it probably isn\u2019t something you\u2019re doing wrong<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Direct any web browser to the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/redirect.viglink.com\/?key=204a528a336ede4177fff0d84a044482&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fmy.roku.com%2Faccount%2Fadd\">Add Channel page<\/a>. Enter the channel code \u201cC6ZVZD\u201d and click \u201cAdd Channel.\u201d\u00a0 You may need to sign in again. Follow the prompts until the channel is added. As above, if the Twoku app doesn\u2019t appear im<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">media<\/a>tely in the Home menu, restart your Roku by navigating to Settings &gt; System &gt; System Restart from the Roku Home screen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RELATED:<\/strong> <strong><em>How to Zip and Unzip Files on Windows 11<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can also install the Twoku app directly on your Roku if the code stops working. It is more complicated, but there are instructions on the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/worldreboot\/twitch-reloaded-roku\">Twoku Github Repository<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>You may have heard of Twitched and Twitched Zero. These unofficial Twitch apps for Roku no longer exist.\u00a0Their developer <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/FrozenIronSoftware\/Twitched\/issues\/62#issuecomment-510100299\">says<\/a> they were \u201cremoved by Roku at the request of Twitch Interactive,\u201d\u00a0 but the app above is a good alternative.<\/p>\n<p>It would be nice if Amazon offered official Roku support, but we suspect the company sees Roku as a rival to the Amazon Fire TV.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Option_2_Install_the_Old_Official_Twitch_App_on_Roku\"><\/span>Option 2: Install the Old Official Twitch App on Roku<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Unofficial Twitch app will install the old official Twitch app on your Roku. This app still worked when we tried it in March 2020.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"admonishment_update\"><p><strong>Update, 3\/15\/22:<\/strong> As of March 2022, this no longer works.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It\u2019s not available in the Roku Channel store, so you\u2019ll have to use the \u201cAdd A Channel With A Code\u201d feature. Direct any browser to \u201c<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/redirect.viglink.com\/?key=204a528a336ede4177fff0d84a044482&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fmy.roku.com%2Faccount%2Fadd\">my.roku.com\/account\/add<\/a>\u201d and make sure you\u2019re signed in. The Unofficial Twitch app instructs your device to access that now-private official app.<\/p>\n<p>Open the Unofficial Twitch app on your Roku device. You can sign in to your Twitch account in the app to access the channels you follow by pressing the star button on your Roku remote.
