And they were able to make that decision in less than a month!<\/p>\n<p>According to legal documents obtained by <em>TMZ<\/em>, the judge for her case issued a temporary ruling on Monday confirming that the <strong>Nickelodeon<\/strong> alum\u2019s conservatorship is \u201cno longer required.\u201d The judge is expected to make the decision official in a court hearing on Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Amanda Bynes Finally Speaks Out After Filing To End Her Conservatorship!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wow!! This has all h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ened SO fast!<\/p>\n<p>As Perezcious readers know, the <em>She\u2019s The Man<\/em> star first filed to end her conservatorship late last month. Her person and estate were initially placed under the control of a conservator in 2013. At the time, she was displaying a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> of concerning behaviors that landed her in two involuntary psychiatric holds. She was diagnosed with bipolar disorder around that time, something she claimed was affecting some of her decision-making back then.<\/p>\n<p>She\u2019s spent the last few years in and out of rehab and getting the help she needs to live independently. Last week, a psychiatrist signed off on her desire to be released from the conservatorship by submitting a \u201ccapacity declaration\u201d to court. The docs, per <em>The<\/em> <em>Blast<\/em>, stated:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMs. Bynes has no apparent impairment in alertness and attention, information and processing, or ability to modulate mood and affect, and suffers no thought disorders.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>While her parents were always on board with the decision to let her end the conservatorship, her mother <strong>Lynn<\/strong> (who served as a conservator) was especially accepting of the decision in thanks to this medical professional\u2019s take on her daughter\u2019s health, stating in her own docs:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cLynn Bynes does not object to the termination of this conservatorship.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>This support has no doubt helped Bynes\u2019 case fly through the court system!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Britney Spears\u2019 Fans Go Wild Wondering If She\u2019s Pregnant: \u2018Got Something To Tell Us?!\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 35-year-old actress has been living in her own apartment this past year as part of a structured community for women looking to \u201ctransition into an autonomous lifestyle,\u201d as detailed in the capacity declaration. She is expected to begin renting a new place in LA with her fianc\u00e9 <strong>Paul Michael<\/strong> once her conservatorship is officially axed, <em>People<\/em> confirmed. That\u2019s just around the corner now!<\/p>\n<p>We couldn\u2019t be happier to see this star make such incredible progress! It\u2019s also refreshing to see how seemingly simple it was for her to get out of the conservatorship \u2014 compared to <strong>Britney Spears<\/strong>, that is.
