These actors will now be joined by Audrey Corsa, Eva Ariel Binder, Idris Debrand, Amy Forsyth, Brittany S. Hall, Carter Hudson, Maxwell Jenkins, Jenna Qureshi, Anna Uzele, Ivan Shaw, and Dario Ladani Sanchez, per <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/2022\/tv\/news\/jason-katims-apple-dear-edward-cast-1235210542\/\">Variety<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"more-128834\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Dear Edward<\/em> is based on the novel by Ann Napolitano, which follows what happens after a young boy is the sole survivor of a plane crash. The following was revealed about the additions to the cast of the Apple TV+ <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAmy Forsyth (<i>CODA, The Gilded Age<\/i>) as \u2018Linda,\u2019 after Linda\u2019s boyfriend dies tragically in the crash, she is left pregnant with a part time job as a hostess and no support system.<\/p>\n<p>Carter Hudson (<i>Snowfall, The Wilds<\/i>) as \u2018John,\u2019 Lacey\u2019s husband, and Edward\u2019s uncle. Edward comes to live with them after the crash.<\/p>\n<p>Eva Ariel Binder (<i>Grey\u2019s Anatomy, Stillwater<\/i>) as \u2018Shay,\u2019 Edward\u2019s friend and lifeline after he moves in next door following the crash.<\/p>\n<p>Maxwell Jenkins (<i>Lost in Space, Joe Bell<\/i>) as \u2018Jordan,\u2019 Edward\u2019s older brother who lives somewhat in the shadows of his very intelligent younger brother.<\/p>\n<p>Jenna Qureshi (<i>Just Add Magic: Mystery City, Mozart in the Jungle<\/i>) as \u2018Mahira,\u2019 Jordan\u2019s secret girlfriend who develops a close relationship with Edward after the crash.<\/p>\n<p>Brittany S. Hall (<i>Ballers, David Makes Man<\/i>) as \u2018Amanda,\u2019 a piano tuner and aspiring artist who is grieving the loss of her fianc\u00e9 who died in the crash.<\/p>\n<p>Audrey Corsa (<i>All Rise, Tell Me a Story<\/i>) as \u2018Zoe,\u2019 Dee Dee\u2019s (Britton) daughter. After her father dies in the crash she must grapple with having to deal much more with Dee Dee, with whom she has an extremely strained relationship.<\/p>\n<p>Anna Uzele (Broadway\u2019s <i>Six, City on a Hill<\/i>) as Adriana,\u2019 a whip-smart activist who is just starting her career and reevaluates her professional life after she loses her grandmother, the second-ever black Congresswoman.<\/p>\n<p>Ivan Shaw (<i>Nocturne, The Cleaning Lady<\/i>) as \u2019Steve,\u2019 always been the golden child, Steve reevaluates his priorities when his estranged brother perishes in the crash.<\/p>\n<p>Idris Debrand (<i>MotherFatherSon, The informer, Kat and the Band<\/i>) as \u2018Kojo,\u2019 charismatic, funny, and open hearted entrepreneur who must leave his beloved home country of Ghana to care for his niece, Becks, after his sister perishes in the crash.<\/p>\n<p>Dario Ladani Sanchez (<i>Paper Trail<\/i>) as \u2018Sam,\u2019 an up-and-coming graphic designer with a beautiful wife and young daughter.
