There are corners of his soul that are unearthed to him, that he\u2019s been blind to for a long time.<\/p>\n<p><b>How has his opinion of Sam evolved since she\u2019s become his boss?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>He is physically, and suddenly professionally and intellectually, more vulnerable, and his daughter is a fearsome, impressive creature. She\u2019s made from his mold, but different and better. There\u2019s mixed feelings when your child is as good or better than you at something.<\/p>\n<p><b>You\u2019ve played everything from a doctor to a space captain (<i>Star Trek: Discovery<\/i>) and a dark wizard (<i>Harry Potter<\/i>). What profession would you still like to try onscreen?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m trained as a lawyer [in real life], and the one thing I haven\u2019t done is [portray] a lawyer.
