As Pusha T explained to <em>Rolling Stone<\/em>, his bars were revenge for McDonald\u2019s not paying him handsomely enough for writing their iconic \u201cI\u2019m Lovin\u2019 It\u201d jingle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am solely responsible for the \u2018I\u2019m Lovin\u2019 It\u2019 swag and the jingle of that company,\u201d he said. \u201cThat\u2019s just real. I am the reason. Now I gotta crush it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cI did it at a very young age at a very young time in my career where I wasn\u2019t asking for as much money and ownership. It\u2019s something that\u2019s always dug at me later in life like, \u2018Dammit, I was a part of this and I should have more stake.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was like half a million or a million dollars for me and my brother [No Malice] \u2014 but that\u2019s peanuts for as long as that\u2019s been running. I had to get that energy off me, and this [ad] was the perfect way to get that energy like, \u2018You know what?
