She was Adam\u2019s girlfriend at the time of her death, and an affidavit claims the pair were found living in a car together on December 31, 2021, when he was cuffed.<\/p>\n<p>Small\u2019s cause of death is still pending. However, Manchester police don\u2019t consider it suspicious, according to <strong>NBC Boston<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Related: Ex-Wife Of Senate Candidate Accuses Him Of Domestic Violence &amp; Child Abuse!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, police continue to investigate the disappearance of Harmony, who they believe went missing between November 28 and December 10 of 2019. As we\u2019ve reported, officials didn\u2019t learn she was missing until two years later.<\/p>\n<p>Police said someone who was described as a \u201cclose contact\u201d of Harmony\u2019s mother, <strong>Crystal Sorey<\/strong>, contacted the department in September 2021 and \u201craised concerns\u201d that Sorey hadn\u2019t seen her daughter since 2019 and hadn\u2019t been able to contact Adam. Sorey later told police she hadn\u2019t seen her daughter since a <strong>Facetime<\/strong> call around Easter 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Harmony\u2019s 31-year-old dad was taken into custody on January 4 and charged with felony second-degree assault, interfering with custody, and child endangerment stemming from his alleged 2019 conduct against Harmony. Harmony\u2019s stepmother, <strong>Kayla<\/strong>, was later charged with welfare fraud for lying last year that Harmony was in her household to claim food stamp benefits, when the girl wasn\u2019t actually living with her and Adam. The DA said police have since learned that Adam and Kayla lived with Harmony and two common children at 77 Gilford Street when they were evicted on November 27, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Multiple eyewitnesses reported seeing Harmony with the couple in the next few days, but between December 6 and 10, they had only their two common children with them \u2014 while Harmony was nowhere to be found.<\/p>\n<p>The attorney <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/general\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"3\" title=\"General\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">general<\/a>\u2019s office said in a release:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWitnesses have reported that during that time, Adam, Kayla, and the children were homeless and living out of cars, possibly in the North End of Manchester.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Adam\u2019s brother, <strong>Michael<\/strong>, told police Adam was physically abusive to his daughter and gave her a black eye.<\/p>\n<p>When pressed on the black eye by detectives, Adam\u2019s uncle <strong>Kevin<\/strong> said that Adam told him in July 2019 that he [Adam] \u201cbashed her [Harmony] around the house\u201d because she was supposed to be watching her infant brother, but he started crying.
