We\u2019ll show you where to look.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_See_Stats_in_the_Spotify_App\"><\/span>How to See Stats in the Spotify App<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The Spotify app for desktops\u00a0has some basic stats that you can check at any time. This includes your top artists of the month and top tracks of the month. These stats are available on your profile and they are only visible to you. For that, we\u2019ll be using a very nice third-party app called \u201cStats.fm\u201d (a.k.a Spotistats).<\/p>\n<p>Stats.fm is available for <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/spotistats-for-spotify\/id1526912392?uo=4\">iPhone<\/a>, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/spotistats-for-spotify\/id1526912392?uo=4\">iPad<\/a>, and <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=dev.netlob.spotistats\">Android<\/a>. The app connects to your Spotify account and provides a wealth of information you can\u2019t find in the official apps. Some of those stats include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Top tracks<\/li>\n<li>Top artists<\/li>\n<li>Top albums<\/li>\n<li>Top genres<\/li>\n<li>Most common time of day you listen to music<\/li>\n<li>Number of tracks streamed<\/li>\n<li>Number of minutes streamed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s the really cool part:<\/strong> All of these stats can be viewed by the last four weeks, six months, lifetime, and custom date range. You\u2019re not limited to just Spotify\u2019s basic \u201cThis Month.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"admonishment_note\"><p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Some of the more advanced stats require a one-time fee of $3.50. In order to see lifetime stats, you\u2019ll need to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/support.stats.fm\/docs\/import\/streaming-history\/\">request your full listening history from Spotify and import it<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Let\u2019s get it set up. Download the app for\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/spotistats-for-spotify\/id1526912392?uo=4\">iPhone<\/a>, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/us\/app\/spotistats-for-spotify\/id1526912392?uo=4\">iPad<\/a>, or\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=dev.netlob.spotistats\">Android<\/a>\u00a0and open it up.
