It will mix rare archival footage and fresh verit\u00e9 video to explore the r<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>er\u2019s rise from viral freestyling star to pop culture icon, looking into how she overcame personal hurdles on her path to success.<\/p>\n<p>The project will be directed by Nneka Onuorah, who is best known for her 2015 directorial debut, <em>The Same Difference<\/em>, about gender roles in the Black lesbian community. She also directed Barack Obama in Netflix\u2019s scripted\/documentary hybrid<em> The G Word<\/em> and Amazon\u2019s competition series <em>Lizzo\u2019s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls<\/em>. Her other credits include the Netflix prison docuseries <em>First and Last<\/em> and the Viceland ballroom docuseries <em>My House<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to be able to work with Roc Nation to share Megan\u2019s story with the world. Millions of people are familiar with her as an entertainer, but this series will give her a chance to share her truth as never before,\u201d said Time Studios co-head of documentary Loren Hammonds (via <em>THR<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>The series will be executive produced by Onuorah alongside Time Studios\u2019 Ian Orefice, Hammonds, Alexa Conway, and Mike Beck.
