In a new <strong>Instagram<\/strong> post, Britney revealed she\u2019s a big fan of Euphoria after watching the popular <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> during Mental Health Awareness Week a couple of months ago. Alongside a clip from season one, she admitted on Friday that the show has really helped with her anxiety, explaining:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cFor MENTAL AWARENESS WEEK a little while ago I watched this insane amazing show @euphoria \u2026 Good God it\u2019s too good !!!! Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ens between October 2 to October 8 each year, which means the <em>Crossroads<\/em> star would have still been under her conservatorship when she watched <em>Euphoria<\/em>. So no doubt, the series must have served as a welcomed distraction for Brit while she fought for her freedom in court!<\/p>\n<p>Another thing that has also helped with her mental health? Nail art. Earlier in March, the <em>Toxic<\/em> singer flaunted her nude nails decorated with a pink butterfly, bow, and \u201clady emblem,\u201d opening up in the caption:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI have <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social<\/a> anxiety but like the worst kind where it\u2019s unbearable \u2026 but holy s**t there\u2019s hope!
